Johnny Shao

Johnny is a thirteen year public servant with seven years in the Marine Corps and thirteen in fire and rescue.  He served as a volunteer in Maryland and Virginia and is a six year veteran of Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department where he is a firefighter assigned to Engine and Truck 410 in Bailey’s Crossroads.

Johnny is an Adjunct Instructor for the Commonwealth of Virginia, teaches both for his department and the region on leadership and tactical fieldcraft, and coordinates multiple training opportunities for aspiring and incumbent officers.
